At AWANACHI MAGAZINE, we strive to provide high-quality content and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Digital Magazine Subscriptions

  • Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on digital magazine subscriptions once access has been granted.
  • Customers can cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.
  • If you experience technical issues preventing access to your subscription, please contact our support team for assistance.

2. Hardcopy Magazine Purchases

  • Refunds are only available for undelivered, damaged, or defective hardcopy magazines.
  • If your magazine arrives damaged or you receive the wrong edition, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Returns may be required for damaged products before a refund is processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

3. General Refund Exceptions

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Any refund requests beyond the specified timeframes will not be honored.
